Composition Capital Partners is an independent investment management boutique firm with offices in Amsterdam and Hong Kong, specializing in real estate. Our exclusive business is to provide institutional investors investment solutions offering superior returns through working with local operating partners.

Composition currently has more than 800 million US dollars under management. Since our inception in 2005, our four established Funds in Europe and Asia have invested with 24 local partners, giving our investors access to a variety of strategies and product types in many countries across these regions. In addition, our investors develop relationships with our operating partners and have the opportunity to invest with them directly.

Composition believes in total alignment. The firm is owned by four principals and operates as an independent company, solely for our investors, free of conflicts of interests and corporate distractions. Composition's staff co-invests alongside its investors.
