Composition Capital Partners BV (“Composition”) is an independent investment management boutique firm with offices in Amsterdam and Hong Kong. Our exclusive business is to provide investment solutions for institutional investors seeking superior returns from non-listed real estate vehicles by investing with local partners.

Composition currently has more than 800 million US dollars under management. Our two distinct European Funds and two Asian Funds have made commitments to more than 20 local partners, giving our investors access to a variety of strategies and product types in many countries across these regions, as well as relationships with new partners and opportunities to invest with them directly.
